Cravings’ cake batters are moist and made fresh to order. We stay away from sponge cakes due to the dryness of the batter so puddings, sour cream or buttermilk are added into all batters unless otherwise specified. These batters are not bought in dry bulk, but are baked from scratch & made to order. Below is a small list of what Cravings’ has to offer!

All fillings are made from wholesome ingredients (no flavorings), real fruit fillings, coulis, purees, mousses, ganache’s, Custard’s, nuts, extracts and are available in any form (example: Raspberry mousse, cream, custard, coulis, fresh puree, Bavarian cream)

FROSTINGS

French Buttercream is Cravings’ signature frosting. It is a cooked pudding consistency of milk, sugar and flour. When cooled, whole butter and vanilla extract is whipped in making this frosting light and creamy without the shortening, margarine and powdered sugar. It’s delicious, healthy and not very sweet!

Italian Buttercream Boiled sugar, whole butter and whipped egg whites, which makes it a fluffy, sweeter frosting than French Buttercream.

Whipped Cream is made from stabilized whipped cream or you may choose a dairy free whipped cream.

Chocolate Ganache is made from fine dark or semi-sweet chocolate with heavy cream, sugar and pure vanilla extract. This also comes with infused raspberry, orange, mocha or lilikoi. Fondant We use the finest French fondant and roll it as thin as possible with a nice under layer of French buttercream.
